Axia Computer Systems Ltd was awarded the Investors In People (IIP) Standard on 21st July 2004.

"This achievement reflects the immense importance we place on people development and recognises the many improvements we have made over recent years," says Asgher Ali, Director of Infrastructure.

"These improvements include the introduction of team briefings; enhancing individuals' understanding of links to our business goals through performance management and appraisals; improved communication events; better briefing of the business plan goals; heightened awareness of the vision and values of the organisation; and more investment in training and management development to increase the skills of our employees.
