Multi-Vendor Support
This service is an opportunity for our customers to cover
their entire ICT environment within one contract, whilst also
having the freedom too add equipment to the agreement as it
implemented.
Firslty we will provide you with a named single point of contact
for you to log your issues with. Once a call has been logged
your dedicated technician will deal directly with the manufacturer
to determine the problem, they will then call you directly
to confirm the problem and talk you through the correction
procedure. As many problems are too technical or complexed
to resolve over the phone, from time to time a site visit will
be required for further inspection.
This will also provide more free time for IT staff to spend
focussing on their core roles within the business.
